Member Service Representative

West Central Electric Cooperative (WCE) is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) for our Oak Grove office. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team environment focused on employee development and growth.

About the Role

As an MSR, you’ll provide prompt, courteous service to WCE’s member-owners, handling inquiries related to:

• Billing, payments, rates, and electric usage
• Payment arrangements, capital credits, and account changes
• Service orders for new connections, disconnections, upgrades, and repairs
• Billing programs like Prepay, Budget Billing, and Net Metering

Strong communication, professionalism, and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of general office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
