West Central Electric Cooperative's annual meeting is held each year for the purpose of electing members to the board of directors and passing any amendments to the cooperative's bylaws. Members are given an update of the cooperative's business and finances over the preceding year.
In addition to the official business meeting, members and their families are treated to dinner, receive a free gift from the cooperative, and are eligible to register for prizes. A special kids’ area with safety demonstrations and giveaways is also available, as well as several informational booths on both cooperative programs and non-cooperative area services.
